Refund &
Cancellation.

We understand that life happens. Our policy is designed to be as flexible as possible while honouring the time and energy Tatiana reserves for each client.

1. Cancellation Policy

• 48+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling — no questions asked
• 24–48 hours notice: 50% refund or one free reschedule
• Less than 24 hours: No refund. Session may be rescheduled once at half price

2. Rescheduling

Each booking may be rescheduled once at no charge, provided the request is made at least 48 hours in advance. Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to an administrative fee.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. If you paid via bank transfer, please provide your banking details at the time of the refund request.

4. Workshops

Workshop bookings are refundable up to 7 days before the event date. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, but your spot may be transferred to another person. Recorded access (where available) will be provided in the case of illness or emergency.

5. No-Shows

Clients who do not attend a session without prior notice forfeit their payment. We reserve the right to require prepayment for future bookings from clients with a pattern of no-shows.
